Good mobility is important to help enhance athletic performance and to minimize the likelihood of injury.  An effective mobility program is composed of the right amount of flexibility, strength, and coordination for the athlete.   

Fitness Rx performs functional movement screening evaluations that allow the development of corrective exercises to address movement pattern deficiencies.  This ultimately helps the athlete perform at a higher level.

We teach athletes how to increase their sports-specific flexibility and range of motion. Knowledge is power- athletes become empowered and take ownership of their training. Coaches find that player performance increases, and the rate of injury is lower than it was before working with Fitness Rx.
