However, today’s Senior population is in better shape than any previous generation before it, and doesn’t have any desire to slow down.

The Fitness Rx team has a depth of experience working with a diverse Senior population base that is by no means monolithic.
We’ve worked with Seniors who run marathons, go mountain climbing, and spend eight hours in the garden, most days of the week. There are also those who have gotten injured or are recovering from hip replacements or heart procedures. Of course in this population, some spend sessions with us building muscle necessary to get out of a chair on their own, and working on balance and coordination exercises to prevent falling
